The mentioned extension is an absolute ‘’must-have’’ concerning the already made investments in the field of production possibilities development. The construction does not only concern the high-bay warehouse for stocking of the finished product. It also includes the lower part with social and office facility for warehouse employees, as well as special spot for film rewinding machine. The overall surface of the investment totals 420 m², from which the social and office facility equals 160 m² (two floors), the rewinding spot takes 100 m² and the high-bay warehouse equals 225 m².

The investment has multiple positive outcomes, as it shall bring measurable profit in various aspects. Among the profits there is an extension of stocking possibilities by 500 pcs. in euro pallet size, the improvement of employee’s comfort, as well as the simplification and improvement of the product logistics.

While discussing the investments it is crucial to mention our approach towards environmental and fire safety. In the first case we applied the modern, ecological heat-pump. This kind of solution connected with already installed photovoltaic panels enables the emission reduction. Another priority is the fire safety that we take under special consideration while planning new investments. In this case we focused on aspects such as relocating the boiler plant from the finished product space to a dedicated spot. Additionally, we divided the warehouse into fire zones by implementation of fire protection gates. The construction itself was also performed with utmost safety enabling the protection of other buildings from unwanted circumstances.
