From September 24 to 26, 2024, the prestigious FachPack trade fair took place in Nuremberg, gathering packaging manufacturers, packaging machinery producers, and manufacturers of cardboard and films from all over the world. This event, recognized as one of the most important in the packaging industry, attracted around 1,400 exhibitors from over 40 countries. FachPack 2024 proved to be not only a platform for showcasing the latest technologies and products but also an excellent opportunity to establish business relationships and acquire new contacts, clients, and partners.
FachPack is not just about product presentations but primarily a place for networking and building business relationships. During the three days of the fair, participants had the chance to exchange experiences, make new contacts, and strengthen existing relationships. The event served as an excellent platform for discussing the future of the packaging industry and exploring potential collaboration opportunities.
The main theme of this year’s fair was green transformation and the circular economy. In response to growing environmental protection requirements, the packaging industry must adapt to new realities. Exhibitors presented solutions aimed at reducing the environmental impact of packaging through the use of biodegradable, recyclable materials and technologies that reduce raw material consumption.
Kraus Folie – Ready Solutions
Kraus Folie, as one of the exhibitors, presented its latest products and solutions in line with the requirements of the green transformation. During the fair, Kraus Folie representatives Kamil Tobiasz and Michał Mielcarek participated in the InnovationBox forum, where they presented fully recyclable products, including monoaxially oriented barrier films, which attracted significant interest from visitors.
The company also showcased its innovative approach to film production, which helps reduce raw material consumption. The highlight of their presentation was the introduction of a groundbreaking solution that not only replaces currently used non-recyclable materials with alternatives that are 100% recyclable but also ensures optimization by reducing raw material costs. At Kraus Folie, we proudly call this solution a True Game Changer.

Participating in FachPack 2024 was very fruitful for the Kraus Folie team. Our representatives returned with many new contacts that may lead to future collaborations. Additionally, the fair was an excellent opportunity to strengthen existing business relationships and exchange experiences with industry partners.
